RATES :
Payment are in canadian funds and all taxes included.
Week end rates are based for 4 peoples occupancy by day. Add 25 $/day for each additionnal person.
Christmas holiday and long stay rates on demand. Ask a quotation.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.

 

 

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
From saturday to saturday or sunday to sunday.
Minimum of 2 days stay.
Priority to weekly rental on july and august.
Check availibility calendar.

 

 

CHECK IN - CHEK OUT :
Arrival is after 4.00pm and departure before 12.00am on day of departure.

 

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
Payment of 50% on booking within 10 days by money order.
You will receive confirmation by e-mail from us and supply a formal booking confirmation and invoice.
Remaining payment, including security deposit, is required 30 days before arrival.
Complete payment is required if booking within 30 days from arrival.
Personnal check accepted.

 

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
300 $ is required with remaining payment and will be refunded promptly after housekeeping check.

 

REFUND POLICY :
Deposit refund if we can rent for the same slot, 25 $ will be charge for administration fee.
30 days or more from arrival time, 50% of deposit will be refunded.
Less then 30 days, no refund.
Security deposit will be refunded.

 

 

WARRANTY :
A 50% deposit guarantees your reservation by owner.
No credit or refund for any services interuptions.
